We expect on-time payment by check, PayPal or by cash, preferably.
Cancellation:

We require 3 days notice for no additional charge - except for emergencies.
No charge for first time cancellation.
Second cancellation: $15 charge. Third cancellation: $25 charge.

Rest assured that we will not enter an unlocked, vacant house, unless previously arranged.

Given the nature of our work, we will work with you to find a time that works best for you and our other clients. This also applies to cancellations.
